These terms govern your use of Wishsway ("the App"), provided by Cosmicro ("we"). By installing or using the App you accept them together with Shopify's own terms.
The App adds a wishlist to your Shopify storefront (add-to-wishlist buttons, a wishlist page, shareable wishlists and optional reminder emails) and reports its performance. We may change, add or remove features over time.
The App is currently offered free of charge. If paid plans are introduced they will be billed through Shopify and clearly disclosed in the App before you subscribe.
Our handling of merchant and shopper data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We aim for high availability but the App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular sales outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, Cosmicro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from use of the App. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or if the App is discontinued, with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The date above reflects the current version.
