Most often the app embed is not enabled yet (step 2 above), or the theme editor still has an unpublished change — click Save. If your theme hides the product form's button area, tell us the theme name and we will send a placement snippet.

The widget is a small script loaded once per page, isolated from your theme's CSS, and it only talks to our servers when a shopper acts. No theme files are modified.
The embed disappears with the app. Shopify sends us the uninstall and, 48 hours later, the data-erasure webhook; we then delete the wishlists, customers and settings for your store. You can also request deletion any time by email.
Yes, today every feature is free. When paid plans arrive we will announce them in the app and by email well in advance; existing stores keep the free plan.
